Nustar Technologies System’s () scope of supply shall include the following:

• • Fabricate SDU SU-08B structure excluding mudmat structure,

  • Full Orbital Welded Super Duplex Tubings between MQC Plates

  • Integration of Company provided inboard assemblies and electrical distribution.

  • Perform comprehensive Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and System Integration Tests (SITs) to verify all necessary interfaces to minimize risk during offshore installation

  • Perform flushing and preservation of the equipment after FATs and SITs

  • Provide overall project management, engineering, procurement management / expediting, quality assurance, and design validation
